The company seeks an Event & Marketing Intern in Geneva to support marketing execution, event coordination, and reporting. This hands-on role requires fluency in French and English and a background in business or marketing.
This operational position assists the project manager with the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing and communication activities. The role is designed for a proactive individual eager to engage with diverse tasks and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager with organizing and running events, such as client gatherings, boutique activations, and factory tours.
- Handle external vendors and suppliers while managing all logistical details for boutique events.
- Help create event marketing materials, including PowerPoint reports, invitations, and internal agendas.
- Coordinate visual merchandising efforts and ensure promotional animations are implemented in stores and at points of sale.
- Support the creation of assets for media plan bookings.
- Monitor and report on marketing expenditures.
- Process marketing invoices and collaborate with the accounting department as necessary.
- Update the marketing plan document on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Must be able to secure an internship agreement from your educational institution.
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
