Michael Page seeks a Senior Marketing Manager in Lausanne to lead regional marketing strategies, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives within the MedTech and Life Sciences sectors.
This position focuses on driving business growth through the creation and execution of regional marketing plans that align with broader corporate goals. The successful candidate will spearhead new product launches and commercialization efforts while managing product portfolios and enhancing customer engagement through targeted campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement regional marketing strategies that support overall business targets.
- Oversee the launch of new products and guide commercialization activities.
- Manage product lifecycles and contribute to long-term portfolio strategies.
- Design omnichannel campaigns to boost customer interaction and brand presence.
- Evaluate market trends, customer data, and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales departments to increase commercial efficiency and revenue.
- Direct cross-functional projects involving marketing, regulatory, and operational teams.
- Track marketing KPIs and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Help establish marketing processes, capabilities, and industry best practices.
- Provide coaching and development support to team members as needed.
Requirements
- Eight to fifteen years of marketing experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or other regulated fields.
- Background in product management, strategic marketing, or regional leadership roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and work effectively across different functions and regions.
- Customer-centric, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
- Experience in international or matrix-based organizational structures.
- MBA or other advanced degrees.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages.
