Digital Marketing Manager

Movado Group seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Bienne to lead e-commerce and digital strategy across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on Amazon and key retail platforms.

Based within the E-commerce team in Bienne, this senior position drives online sales and brand engagement through strategic digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. The role provides strategic oversight for selected Middle East channels while managing full-year digital strategies and budgets for the EU and ME regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce plans that align with brand goals and commercial targets throughout Europe.
• Manage the complete annual budget for digital marketing and e-commerce activities across the European Union and Middle East markets.
• Serve as the main liaison for stakeholders regarding Amazon advertising efforts.
• Coordinate and supervise digital marketing campaigns on major retail platforms.
• Manage the company’s presence on e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring high-quality product content, brand consistency, and effective merchandising.
• Track performance metrics across various digital and e-commerce channels, balancing key performance indicators related to brand, media, and retail outcomes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Demonstrated history of managing substantial annual budgets and planning comprehensive year-long digital strategies.
• Extensive practical experience with Amazon, including expertise in advertising, merchandising, and understanding retail performance dynamics.
