Senior Intelligence Manager (Measurement)

Roche seeks a Senior Intelligence Manager to define and scale digital communication measurement strategies within Group Communications, focusing on data integrity and actionable insights.

Positioned within Group Communications, this role is tasked with establishing the frameworks that allow Roche to accurately measure the impact of its digital communications across both internal and external audiences. The position focuses on building robust data foundations, ensuring consistency in how information is collected and utilized, while supporting the broader mission of maintaining Roche’s positive global image.

Responsibilities

• Monitor paid and organic digital activities worldwide, converting complex datasets into clear narratives that guide business strategy.
• Develop and refine KPI frameworks for both broad organizational goals and specific campaigns to support benchmarking and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to create scalable pipelines for the automated ingestion and integration of data into centralized repositories.
• Establish best practices for data tracking and layering to guarantee accurate and consistent data collection across all platforms and markets.
• Analyze social and audience metrics using listening tools and custom research to create a unified view of communications performance.
• Investigate measurement methodologies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance visibility in AI-driven search environments.
• Work closely with Internal Communications to align standards, coach staff, and promote a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate at least seven years of professional experience in social media intelligence or digital analysis.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German is preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, or Python is advantageous.
