Head Social Marketing

SIX Financial Information seeks a Senior Head of Social Marketing to lead the international Digital Communications team. The role involves strategic oversight of paid and organic social campaigns and managing a remote team, with locations in Zurich, Warsaw, or Madrid.

This position sits within the international Digital Communications team and is responsible for steering the strategic direction of both paid and organic social marketing efforts. The successful candidate will lead a distributed team of specialists while acting as the primary owner for social marketing outcomes and serving as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of three social media specialists working remotely.
• Develop and execute the complete social marketing strategy, covering both paid and organic channels.
• Create and refine workflows and templates to enhance scalability, quality, and efficiency in remote collaboration.
• Define KPIs and measurable performance metrics to track and achieve social marketing goals.
• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to propose solutions, even in resource-constrained settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of six years of professional experience in social media marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of leading remote or virtual social media teams.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
