BridgeBio seeks an Associate Director of Marketing for International Endocrinology in Zug. This senior role leads global brand strategies, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support priority asset launches.
Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, this position acts as a central partner in driving the strategic and tactical marketing efforts across the company’s global portfolio. The individual will focus on translating high-level strategy into actionable, patient-centric initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and successful product launches in key international markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of international marketing plans for priority assets, ensuring they align with established brand strategies and timelines.
- Convert complex scientific data into engaging narratives for both branded and unbranded communications.
- Spearhead the creation and rollout of international campaigns, including disease awareness efforts and promotional materials.
- Design and execute programs aimed at optimizing diagnostic pathways and reducing the time to treatment, including genetic testing initiatives.
- Develop and support strategies for disease awareness in areas with low diagnosis rates or emerging conditions.
- Collaborate with local country teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Monitor and manage critical launch milestones and readiness activities across different markets.
- Identify, capture, and share best practices and successful tactics across international regions.
- Serve as the marketing lead for major industry congresses, managing booth presence and content execution.
- Gather and analyze insights from customers and patients to refine tactical marketing approaches.
- Establish and refine marketing processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee marketing budgets and track spending to ensure resources are utilized effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or life sciences.
- At least seven years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical marketing or commercial roles, with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing pre- and post-launch marketing activities in key international markets.
- Strong history of building and executing impactful marketing campaigns in both affiliate and international settings.
- Experience creating initiatives that address challenges in diagnostic pathways within rare disease contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
- In-depth understanding of promotional regulations and compliance standards for healthcare professional and patient engagement.
