The company is looking for a leader to steer the commercial strategy and market performance for its Alzheimer’s disease portfolio across international regions. This position serves as a central node in the global business structure, ensuring that product strategies align with local market needs while driving innovation and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee business performance and market progress across international territories, encouraging creative problem-solving.
- Define and execute the global commercial positioning for Alzheimer’s disease products.
- Manage the full product lifecycle by allocating resources wisely and setting clear strategic priorities.
- Spearhead major strategic initiatives and cross-market projects from conception to completion.
- Chair the International Therapeutic Area Council (iTAC) to integrate regional market insights into global strategy.
- Coordinate the quarterly governance cycle for key alliances.
- Co-chair the Commercialization Team, ensuring high-quality meeting outcomes and tracking action items.
- Act as the primary commercial representative for Asia, LATAM, and internal governance forums.
- Partner with various departments to synchronize operations, communications, and business goals with the broader organizational strategy.
- Lead the annual commercial planning and budgeting processes for all international markets.
- Track and analyze performance trends using scorecards and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Represent the organization at major scientific conferences and engage with key medical experts.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess at least 12 years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into effective actions.
- Show proven success in managing alliances and stakeholder relationships.
- Exhibit commercial excellence and strong financial acumen.
- Have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and market dynamics.
- Be fluent in financial reporting and budget management, with the ability to build business cases for investment.
