Digital Communications Specialist (80%)

OM Pharma seeks a Digital Communications Specialist to manage corporate digital channels, create engaging content, and support communication initiatives in a global biopharmaceutical setting.

The company is a Geneva-based biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to developing microbial-derived immunotherapeutics for respiratory, urinary, and vascular conditions. This role supports the organization's mission by driving digital engagement and ensuring clear, accessible communication of complex scientific topics to diverse audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital communication efforts across all corporate platforms.
• Produce and distribute content for LinkedIn, the company website, and the internal SharePoint portal.
• Maintain the editorial schedule and design multimedia materials, such as videos and other digital assets.
• Track digital trends, AI tools, and new communication channels.
• Conduct media monitoring and prepare reports on coverage and digital metrics.
• Assist with SEO strategies and content refinement.
• Participate in corporate communication projects and awareness campaigns.
• Provide support for executive messaging, corporate events, and cross-departmental communication efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of corporate communications experience in an international setting.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex scientific or technical information for varied audiences.
• Proven expertise in digital content production, including video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in communication and design software like Canva, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Native English proficiency and fluent French skills.

Nice to have

• Background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
