OM Pharma seeks a Communications Trainee in Meyrin, CH, to support digital content creation, media monitoring, and AI integration in communications workflows.

This internship role supports the company's efforts to enhance its communication strategies and strengthen connections with various audiences through digital channels and corporate materials.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content for online platforms, including the website and LinkedIn.
  • Track media coverage and analyze trends using internal systems to provide actionable insights.
  • Investigate and experiment with AI applications to streamline communication processes.
  • Assist in developing important corporate documents like the annual report.
  • Organize and assist with executive gatherings, such as Townhalls, by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Work with multiple departments to maintain consistent messaging and highlight key projects.
  • Introduce innovative concepts to refine how the organization engages with its audience.

Requirements

  • Be a university or business school student in communication, journalism, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
  • The academic program must require a six-month internship formalized via a tripartite agreement with the university.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools, plus experience with CMS platforms.
  • Possess native-level English fluency or full bilingual capability.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of written and spoken French.
