Digital Communications Specialist (80%) - Geneva

OM Pharma seeks a Digital Communications Specialist in Meyrin to lead digital strategy, content creation, and channel management for a global biopharmaceutical team.

Reporting to the Head of Communications within a small team of three, this position is responsible for steering all digital communication efforts. The role focuses on enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation by developing engaging content, refining storytelling, and optimizing digital platforms to reach diverse audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital communication activities across all corporate platforms.
• Produce and publish materials for LinkedIn, the corporate website, and the SharePoint intranet.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and create multimedia assets, such as videos.
• Track digital trends, AI tools, and new communication opportunities.
• Handle media monitoring and generate reports on coverage and digital metrics.
• Assist with SEO strategies and content optimization.
• Participate in corporate communication projects and awareness campaigns.
• Provide support for executive communications, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in corporate communications within an international setting.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, with the skill to simplify complex scientific or technical topics for various audiences.
• Proven expertise in digital content production, including video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Native-level English and fluent French.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
