Affideaswitzerland seeks a Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator (60–100%) in Fribourg, CH, to support radiology and medical centres with marketing and communication tasks. The role involves managing digital content, social media campaigns, website updates, and internal communications under the Marketing Director’s supervision.
This position supports the marketing and communication efforts of Affidea Group and Affidea Switzerland, operating under the guidance of the Marketing Director. It focuses on aligning internal and external initiatives with strategic goals across radiology and medical centres.
Responsibilities
- Assist radiology and medical centres with their marketing and communication needs.
- Oversee the creation of brochures, flyers, and other print and digital marketing materials.
- Design and manage social media campaigns based on press releases.
- Develop content according to the editorial calendar.
- Distribute internal and external communications via SharePoint, Mailchimp, the Affidea.ch website, and other tools.
- Maintain and update the company website using CMS Strapi.
- Handle patient and doctor satisfaction surveys, including data management and analysis.
- Prepare and track marketing performance reports.
- Generate digital reports by analysing campaign results and recommending improvements.
- Organise company events, including the annual conference and centre-specific events.
- Manage the Affidea Sport Academy project, including communication with winners and tracking their activities for visibility on social media and the website.
- Handle administrative tasks for the department.
- Order promotional materials and manage related logistics.

- Proficiency in Canva for creating visuals, videos, and photos for social media.
- Experience using Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
- Excellent spelling and ability to craft compelling written content.
- Awareness of GDPR regulations, especially as they apply to data handling in the medical field (internal training provided).
