Forum Fribourg SA seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist in Geneva to lead email strategy and lifecycle marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager.
This position is a key component of the Digital Business and Growth team, which aims to broaden the organization's digital presence, strengthen connections with international audiences, and achieve tangible growth. The specialist will report directly to the Manager of Digital Engagement and Programming, focusing on crafting strategies that enhance user engagement and drive conversions through targeted email initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust email marketing plan to boost user interaction, conversion rates, and retention by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Construct, manage, and refine automated email workflows and lifecycle campaigns, such as onboarding sequences, re-engagement efforts, and personalized messages for specific audience groups.
- Produce engaging and strategic content for newsletters and targeted campaigns, ensuring relevance to different user personas and lifecycle stages.
- Evaluate campaign metrics, segment audiences, and apply data insights to enhance outreach strategies, improve conversion outcomes, and increase overall campaign efficiency.
- Partner with product, analytics, content, and partnership departments to synchronize messaging, advance key projects, and guarantee a cohesive user experience.
- Record best practices, operational workflows, and performance indicators to facilitate ongoing improvement and knowledge exchange within the team.
- Guarantee that all email communications adhere to applicable legal standards and industry best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in email or digital marketing, or corporate communications, ideally within a global or non-governmental organization setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, or comparable email automation tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven track record of producing compelling email content.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in data interpretation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization for growth.
- Superior organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Fluent proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
