Forum Fribourg SA seeks a Community Specialist to manage partner relations and support the Centre for Cybersecurity in Geneva. This full-time, on-site role focuses on stakeholder engagement and community logistics.
Reporting to the Lead for Initiatives and Communities, this position serves as the primary liaison between the Centre for Cybersecurity and its external network. The specialist bridges internal business teams with private sector partners, ensuring that collaborative efforts are structured, active, and aligned with the Centre’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration of the partner portfolio, including maintaining engagement plans and contact databases.
- Facilitate partner involvement in Centre initiatives, communities, and events to foster active participation.
- Monitor partner commitments and engagement levels to prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess partner satisfaction and identify areas of interest.
- Manage the invitation workflow for the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity.
- Organize bilateral meetings with partners during major events.
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential new partner organizations.
- Work with internal departments to support partner acquisition strategies.
- Draft background materials, briefings, and coordinate outreach campaigns.
- Keep partner engagement data current and accurate across the portfolio.
- Generate regular engagement reports and highlight partners needing renewed attention.
- Provide data-driven insights to aid in strategic prioritization and decision-making.
- Handle end-to-end logistics for the CISO Community.
- Ensure meetings run smoothly and track all follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience in a related field.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in cybersecurity or technology-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
