Eraneos seeks a Senior Manager for Life Science R&D to lead digital transformation projects in Data&AI, Clinical, or Pharmacovigilance, driving strategic consulting and team leadership in Zürich.
This position focuses on guiding clients through their digital evolution within the Life Sciences sector. The role centers on identifying and deploying advanced digital solutions in Research and Development, specifically targeting areas like Data & AI, Clinical operations, or Pharmacovigilance to enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead client digital transformation efforts by pinpointing and deploying cutting-edge R&D solutions, particularly in Data & AI, Clinical, or Pharmacovigilance domains.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams to guarantee the delivery of top-tier consulting services and successful project outcomes.
- Cultivate a collaborative and digitally fluent team culture that encourages innovation and ongoing process refinement.
- Assist clients in adopting and integrating sophisticated digital tools and platforms to ensure smooth implementation and significant business value.
- Offer strategic advice on digital transformation projects, aiding clients in crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with regulatory and pharmacovigilance goals.
- Guide clients throughout their digital transformation journey, ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and workflows.
Requirements
- Over five years of experience leading transformative system implementations in relevant areas such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, or PV, with a preference for Veeva Vault or similar high-impact transformation projects.
- Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing Data & AI use cases within R&D environments.
- More than five years of consulting experience in a management capacity, including driving sales and business development through a robust European client network.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
