Team Lead Customer Relationship Management

Roche seeks a Senior Team Lead for CRM in Rotkreuz, CH, to manage the full product lifecycle and drive strategic technology solutions for Diagnostics.

This position holds full accountability for the product lifecycle, spanning from initial concept and planning through to launch, scaling, and retirement. The role acts as a critical bridge between the business function and the RDT organization, translating scientific and commercial requirements into valuable technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with organizational goals.
• Manage engineering and service teams to create desirable, feasible, and sustainable solutions.
• Direct the global CRM capability for Diagnostics, covering Diabetes Care and Near Patient Care.
• Design standard account hierarchies, customer roles, and sales processes.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product roadmap to enhance functionality.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance against business objectives.
• Create a cohesive end-to-end user experience vision across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for complex portfolio items.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external SaaS vendors, and academic partners.
• Improve product management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor product managers on stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Develop multi-year financial forecasts and strategic plans.
• Allocate resources strategically to maximize portfolio ROI and business alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or business analysis, with a history of launching technology products.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology sectors.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Deep understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of GxP, FAIR data principles, and GDPR regulations.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Required understanding of data science and AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to translate high-level business and scientific goals into concrete product roadmaps.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align diverse groups.
• Track record of leading and mentoring high-performing engineering or product teams.
