Digital Health Project Lead

Biogen (Switzerland) seeks a Digital Health Project Lead in Baar to manage digital health solutions, drive market adoption, and optimize patient-focused digital offerings across international markets.

The company is looking for a manager to lead digital health initiatives within its Digital Health Solutions team. This role focuses on expanding existing digital tools to better serve patient needs while aligning with broader brand strategies. The position also involves supporting the launch and scaling of these solutions in markets outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital health solutions, from initial concept through to maturity.
• Define product strategies and operational plans, including defining success metrics and managing risks.
• Work closely with global leadership and alliance managers to ensure partners meet all compliance requirements.
• Track launch activities against set timelines and deliverables, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Partner with regional markets to boost adoption by communicating the value of digital health tools to local priorities.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market uptake and retention of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure all deliveries comply with relevant regulations.
• Evaluate market capabilities to identify short- and mid-term opportunities for digital health.
• Create target solution profiles based on gaps in the patient journey and current market trends.
• Research new digital innovations to solve business challenges and improve patient journeys.
• Monitor trends in patient engagement and adherence via digital channels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising markets and supporting ongoing digital health initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or health technology.
• Senior-level experience working across different business units.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering digital health solutions.
• Strong knowledge of customer engagement models in pharma and biotech.
• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• Strong project management abilities and structured analytical thinking skills.

• Experience in digital product design and delivery.
• Additional language skills and multicultural awareness.
• An advanced degree such as an MS, PhD, or MBA.
