Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services, perform business analysis, and lead workshops or key project workstreams.
• Partner with deep-tech specialists across the ELCA Group to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Engage directly with client executives and decision-makers to align business and IT strategies.
• Plan and execute workstreams independently while ensuring project success.
• Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing within the group.
• Help evolve consulting services in specialized focus areas.
• Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy, management, or high-level technology consulting.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects within cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior management.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops with various stakeholders.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as project needs dictate.
• Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• Fluency in French and English.

• Certifications in frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, or CISM.
