• Develop change strategies and manage training sessions during implementation phases.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Identify client requirements and deliver pragmatic, efficient solutions.

Requirements

• A university degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
• Proven experience advising clients on digital or organizational transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Excellent command of the German language.
• Good proficiency in English.
• A service-oriented mindset.
