Technical Consultant - Digital Workplace

isolutions seeks a Technical Consultant for the Digital Workplace in Bern, Zurich, or Basel. The role focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions while leading technical consulting efforts.

This position places the consultant at the forefront of digital workplace innovation. The individual will lead technical consulting initiatives, guiding customers from initial concept through to successful implementation. It is a key role responsible for shaping the future of collaboration tools within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire lifecycle of technical solutions, from initial design to final deployment.
• Conduct requirement engineering and provide technical advice using Microsoft technologies.
• Execute complex technical implementations in enterprise settings, collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and engineers.
• Manage projects independently within the SME sector while providing mentorship to junior consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience developing and implementing SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• A university degree in computer science or business information systems.
• Fluent German and competent English communication abilities.
• Strong service orientation with the ability to quickly identify and address client needs.
• Primary work location in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, with flexibility to travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
• Availability for 80% to 100% employment.
