Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
- Construct robust data pipelines and integrate AI systems into production.
- Apply natural language processing and retrieval-augmented generation methods.
- Develop proofs-of-concept to showcase AI potential.
- Partner with diverse teams to design and build solutions.
- Assist with client projects and explain technical ideas clearly.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
- Strong foundation in statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Practical experience with ML libraries such as XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Comprehensive understanding of traditional AI and machine learning methods.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data processing workflows and solid software engineering standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Zürich.
