Responsibilities

- Create robust data science models and solutions for clients, while also building reusable assets for internal data teams in close collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Communicate insights, strategic recommendations, and expert advice to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Design and implement scalable analytics platforms capable of handling advanced client scenarios.
- Adopt and apply industry best practices for data development, ensuring code quality, security, sustainability, and adherence to responsibility models.
- Cultivate strong client-facing capabilities, including clear communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business mathematics, statistics, machine learning, data science, physics, computer science, or engineering.
- Up to two years of professional experience applying advanced data science techniques and building technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on data and analytics applications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytical platforms from leading providers like AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Practical background in developing generative AI applications.
- Demonstrated experience in advisory roles.
- Evidence of leadership in professional or extracurricular contexts.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, such as business managers and product heads.
