AI Agent / Business Consultant

Aufgaben

• Support clients in developing AI visions, identifying use cases, and achieving measurable results
• Moderate workshops and discovery sessions to identify valuable AI agent scenarios along business priorities
• Advise clients and shape AI initiatives to fit the organization, framework conditions, and policies
• Establish AI governance structures for Responsible AI, Risk Management, Compliance, und Platform Governance
• Train users on handling AI agents and create a secure understanding of governance guardrails
• Coordinate stakeholders from IT, Business, Compliance, and Management and actively accompany change processes

Anforderungen

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or client-oriented roles in the context of digitalization or AI adoption
• Solid understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Data Protection, Compliance, and Access Management
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform
• Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English
