AI Solutions Engineer

Bitcoin Suisse seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer in Zug to lead AI-driven automation and improve engineering workflows within a distributed development team.

This position focuses on spearheading the organization's shift toward artificial intelligence by creating scalable automation systems. The engineer will operate within a distributed, event-driven environment, collaborating across various locations to enhance the overall development lifecycle and boost team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI technologies to streamline and automate the software development process, thereby increasing engineering efficiency.
• Maintain high code quality by conducting reviews, providing mentorship, and defining clear coding standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams spread across different sites to build and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Facilitate the practical integration of AI-assisted tools into daily engineering practices.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven, hands-on expertise in software development using the .NET ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, code maintainability, and engineering quality standards.
• Strong grasp of software delivery pipelines and standard engineering workflows.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Possession of a valid work permit for Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience with YAML-based deployment pipelines, CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins, and version control systems like Git.
• Background in frontend development using Blazor, TypeScript, or React.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerized environments, and message-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with AI tooling including Claude Code, MCP, RAG, and Foundry.
