MES Solution Architect - Pharma Suite (m/f/d)

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior MES Solution Architect to design and implement manufacturing execution systems in the pharmaceutical sector. The role requires expertise in Pharma Suite and involves leading MES development, integration, and team scaling in a hybrid work model across Switzerland.

This role focuses on driving the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing execution systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Process Requirement Specifications and the overall design of MES recipes.
• Implement core library components using advanced templatization to standardize and harmonize manufacturing processes.
• Design and manage integration architectures between MES and key systems including ERP (SAP), LIMS, and DCS.
• Scale the MES team by identifying and onboarding qualified personnel to meet growing project demands.
• Deliver structured knowledge transfer, coaching, and enablement to client teams to build internal expertise.
• Supervise German-speaking MES recipe authors and support staff to ensure high-quality recipe development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharma Suite, with Rockwell Pharma suites being preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Rockwell Pharma suites.
