Biotechnologe (Biotechnologist)

Pharmacie du Mont SA seeks a Biotechnologist for on-site, full-time work in Switzerland. The role focuses on clean room operations, GMP documentation, and supporting batch production within a regulated manufacturing environment.

This position is based in a clean room setting under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. The primary purpose of the role is to maintain hygiene standards, manage related documentation, and assist the manufacturing team in producing batches that meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect manufacturing zones and materials within the clean room.
• Prepare and maintain GMP records associated with cleaning protocols.
• Work alongside production staff to guarantee batches are completed on schedule and adhere to standards.
• Lead training sessions for specific areas and assist in onboarding new colleagues.
• Set up, operate, and sanitize production equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Execute tasks including parts washing, autoclaving, filter integrity testing, and visual inspections.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Understanding of GMP standards, quality procedures, and the ability to follow SOPs.
• Willingness and ability to work in shift patterns.
