Biotechnologist (m/f/d) Visp

HHJ BAU GmbH seeks a Biotechnologist in Visp to maintain clean room standards, execute GMP documentation, and support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, innovative environment.

This position focuses on ensuring that manufacturing processes in a clean room setting adhere to strict safety, cleanliness, and quality protocols. The role is essential for supporting production teams and maintaining compliance with batch instructions and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Carries out routine cleaning tasks within the clean room manufacturing zones.
• Disinfects materials prior to their entry into controlled clean room areas.
• Prepares and maintains GMP-related documentation for cleaning activities.
• Collaborates with the manufacturing team to align with production schedules and needs.
• Ensures that every batch is produced in a safe, clean, and timely manner, following all quality and batch guidelines.
• Conducts training for relevant operational areas and assists new team members.
• Sets up, operates, and cleans production equipment and facilities for liquid and freeze-dried drug forms.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a GMP-compliant environment.
• Fluency in English or German, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Understanding of GMP regulations, quality procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong collaborative mindset and team orientation.
• Clear communication skills and ability to interact across various organizational functions.
• Structured, focused, and organized approach to work.
• High level of motivation and dedication.
