Centralized Monitoring Assistant

IQVIA AG seeks a Junior Centralized Monitoring Assistant in Switzerland to provide administrative support for clinical projects while undergoing specialized training.

This position is designed for recent graduates or those with minimal experience who wish to develop expertise in centralized monitoring. The successful candidate will participate in a structured training program to acquire the necessary skills for supporting project execution, ensuring all activities align with quality standards and deadlines set by the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Finish all mandatory role-specific training modules to qualify for daily duties.
• Execute administrative tasks assigned by the Centralized Monitoring Lead, such as generating system reports, drafting status updates, and preparing study documentation.
• Maintain and update project systems in accordance with established timelines.
• Carry out specific activities listed in the task delegation from the Centralized Monitoring Specialist.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent educational background.
• Possess up to six months of relevant professional experience, or a comparable mix of education and training.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and applicable local regulations.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
