Compounding Operator /Operator Produkt-Lösungsherstellung e/v/e/r/y/o/n/e

ten23 health AG seeks a Compounding Operator in Visp to manage pilot-scale liquid pharmaceutical filling in a GMP-compliant, automated environment.

This position serves as a key component in the manufacturing of innovative medicines at the company's Visp facility. The role requires working in shifts to ensure continuous production operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the production of product solutions on a pilot scale, focusing on liquid pharmaceutical filling.
• Operate the modern, highly automated filling plant by monitoring processes and performing necessary tasks within the isolator.
• Assist the Line Supervisor during mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling equipment.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all manufacturing steps while conducting product controls with laboratory equipment to uphold quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and hygiene protocols, including GMP standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for optimizing work processes and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of an apprenticeship as a Chemical or Biological Laboratory Technician, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator.
• Hands-on experience in industrial pharmaceutical production with a solid understanding of GMP environments.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
