ten23 health AG seeks a Supply Chain Planner in Visp to coordinate material flows and support manufacturing operations for critical medicine delivery.
This position acts as a vital connector between production and daily operational activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes at the Visp site run without interruption. The role directly supports the organization’s mission to provide essential medicines to patients by maintaining efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of materials and components needed for manufacturing at the Visp location.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee material availability while reducing excess stock and obsolescence risks.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to maintain operational continuity.
- Oversee supplier delivery timelines and address potential supply chain risks before they impact production.
- Provide supply planning insights, inventory analysis, and capacity assessments to support the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Create and update short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans that balance customer demand with production capacity and inventory goals.
- Track key supply chain performance indicators and implement actions to enhance service levels, reliability, and efficiency.
- Strengthen supply chain resilience through risk management, business continuity planning, and cross-functional problem-solving.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects to enhance planning processes and data visibility.
- Advocate for best practices in supply planning and inventory management to help build a modern Supply Chain Management structure.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or production scheduling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and standard supply chain management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a highly regulated industry.
- Proficiency in German.
