Equipment Operator (m/f/d)

Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG seeks an Equipment Operator in Muttenz for fixed-term, on-site work. The role involves executing manufacturing tasks, managing GMP documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The company is looking for an Equipment Operator to carry out manufacturing activities according to the production schedule. This position focuses on producing goods with the necessary quality and quantity while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations. The operator also handles the creation and management of batch documentation to support timely production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take part in manufacturing processes and perform all assigned duties based on the production plan.
• Follow valid GMP, occupational, operational, environmental, and safety regulations during all activities.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time to meet production targets.
• Minimize errors in production documents and batch documentation reviews.
• Use time efficiently on the shop floor when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and execute operational tasks.
• Capacity to cooperate across different departments.
• Skills in transportation logistics.
• General knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles.
• Understanding of GMP guidelines.
• Expertise in transport classification standards such as IATA or DOT.
• Experience in executing manufacturing processes.
