Responsibilities

  • Ensure all activities align with the wider organisational strategy.
  • Draft high-quality written outputs, including reports, guidance documents, and frameworks.
  • Design presentations and communication materials for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Organise and refine existing tools and resources for better usability.
  • Help develop monitoring and evaluation strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators and related frameworks.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners across various regions.
  • Facilitate coordination and information sharing among diverse stakeholders.
  • Support alignment across different workstreams and teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in public health, global health, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working on international programmes or in complex global environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent written communication skills.
  • Background in project coordination and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural settings.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
