Corporate Flights Coordinator Trainee

EF Education First seeks a Corporate Flights Coordinator Trainee in Zürich to support the Staff Travel team with booking and managing internal business travel arrangements.

This internship sits within the Staff Travel team, reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate Travel & Distribution Channels. The primary purpose of the position is to handle corporate travel requests by identifying optimal flight itineraries for employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the booking and coordination of internal business travel for company staff.
• Manage flight reservations, including ticketing, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
• Utilize Amadeus and Sabre travel reservation systems to create and oversee bookings.
• Organize travel logistics for company events, summits, kick-offs, and other business activities across various divisions.
• Communicate with employees and internal stakeholders to confirm travel needs and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate travel records and help resolve travel-related queries and disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members and travel partners while building knowledge of corporate travel processes and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must hold valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
