E-GENERALI seeks a Senior Cost Controlling Expert for a fixed-term role until January 2027, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and proactive cost management for Senior Leadership.
This position is tasked with overseeing planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities while delivering essential metrics to executive stakeholders. The role aims to drive proactive cost management strategies and stabilize existing operational structures within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cost controlling operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and cost allocation.
- Deliver timely key performance indicators to the CFO, Executive Committee, and Generali Head Office.
- Manage costs related to IT, technology, operations, and specific projects for Generali Switzerland.
- Stabilize and optimize current cost controlling structures, processes, and data flows.
- Support the development and implementation of processes for proactive cost management.
- Address ad hoc management requests and cost-related analyses.
Requirements
- A university or university of applied sciences degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in controlling.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP BW.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in cost controlling and/or in the insurance industry.
- German proficiency.
