Cybersecurity Business & Consulting Lead

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Cybersecurity Business & Consulting Lead in Zürich to guide clients on security compliance, risk assessments, and strategy while managing consulting teams.

ELCA Security, a subsidiary of the ELCA Group with over 15 years of cybersecurity expertise, is looking for a Lead to contribute to security projects and support clients with information security management. This position provides substantial autonomy to shape workflows and deliver meaningful impact within a driven team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on adhering to data protection laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for systems and organizations using NIST or ISO 27K frameworks.
• Design and implement cybersecurity controls, developing forward-thinking security architectures and concepts.
• Integrate modern security solutions into clients' IT landscapes and independently manage cybersecurity mandates.
• Help clients shape their Cyber Security strategy and achieve sustainable business success.
• Design innovative strategies and lead teams in their implementation to enter new markets and attract new clients.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, integrating both worlds and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Manage senior and junior consultants, coach new team members, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Hold at least a Bachelor degree in a technical field.
• Have 10 years of professional experience in IT security or cybersecurity consulting.
• Have experience managing teams, coaching junior resources, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Be well-versed with applicable laws and regulations in the Swiss market.
• Understand computer architectures and network technologies and quickly put new knowledge into practice.
• Communicate confidently in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar.
• Communicate in French.
