WinGD seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager in Winterthur to lead security initiatives for WiCE and WiDE, ensuring certification and stakeholder alignment.
The company is looking for a professional to plan and execute cybersecurity projects for its digital product lines, specifically WiCE and WiDE. This role focuses on managing certification processes, ensuring compliant releases, and serving as the main link between internal engineering teams and external partners like classification societies and customers.
Responsibilities
- Create and update project plans detailing timelines, deliverables, and task dependencies for security initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional groups to meet cybersecurity standards for WiCE and WiDE products.
- Organize certification activities with relevant classification societies.
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments (such as Product Management and Engineering) and external parties including customers and licensees.
- Coordinate technical support and licensing matters.
- Spot potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all work follows company governance, quality standards, and established processes.
- Help improve the efficiency of cybersecurity project delivery methods.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within technology or customer-facing sectors.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including IT/OT security, compliance, and certification.
- Familiarity with certification workflows and maintaining structured documentation.
- Competence in using project management software like Jira and OnePlan, along with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adjust to shifting project scopes.
- Experience in resource planning and conducting risk assessments.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are considered advantageous.
