This position focuses on building the foundation of a robust medical platform by defining clinical data structures and variable architecture. The analyst transforms complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling high-level research and strategic decision-making within a dynamic medical unit.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers to define logical data structures and metadata.
- Maintain accessibility and usability of historical medical data within the new system.
- Create and update data dictionaries, definitions, and validation rules.
- Analyze datasets using pattern recognition and analytical interpretation techniques.
- Perform exploratory analyses to address specific medical and strategic questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, sports science, epidemiology, data science, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and musculoskeletal injuries.
- Strong attention to detail with a clear interest in data quality and validity.
- Organized and reliable working style with good communication skills for resolving data queries.
