Richemont seeks a Data Project Management Intern in Meyrin to support data transformation initiatives through change management, training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
This internship sits within the Data Enablement team, reporting to the Senior Data Program Manager. The position is designed to help the company’s Maisons, Functions, Divisions, and Regions manage and leverage data securely and at scale. The role focuses heavily on change management, communication, and coordinating training for the broader data transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the portfolio of initiatives listed on the data transformation roadmap.
- Coordinate with various teams to map interdependencies, define objectives, and track progress on the transformation plan.
- Collaborate with internal groups to define the scope and goals of the Data Transformation program.
- Support communities of practice by facilitating collaboration on data-related projects.
- Create and organize resources, support materials, and communication content to engage the data transformation community.
- Provide project management support to team members, including guidance on methodologies and tools.
- Orchestrate the training and communication plan in close partnership with the Data Office and key stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external partners to identify communication and training needs and plan necessary resources.
- Review training materials from contributors to ensure alignment on messaging, tone, and readability.
- Track key performance indicators to measure the impact of data enablement efforts.
- Prepare regular updates on progress and achievements for stakeholders.
- Help draft communications highlighting success stories and benefits derived from data enablement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in data, cloud technologies, and related fields.
- Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrated creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise data platforms or data visualization tools.
- Previous background in project management or data-related roles.
- Proficiency in French.
- Knowledge of the luxury or retail business sector.
