Data Project Management Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Data Project Management Intern in Meyrin to support data transformation initiatives through change management, training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

This internship sits within the Data Enablement team under the Senior Data Program Manager. The position aims to help various divisions and regions manage data securely and efficiently. Key duties involve coordinating training, managing communications, and supporting the broader data transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the portfolio of projects listed on the data transformation roadmap.
• Work with cross-functional groups to map interdependencies, define objectives, and monitor progress.
• Partner with internal divisions to clarify the scope and goals of data transformation efforts.
• Facilitate collaboration within communities of practice focused on data initiatives.
• Develop and organize resources, support materials, and content to engage the data transformation community.
• Provide project management support to team members, including guidance on methodologies and tools.
• Coordinate the training and communication plan alongside Data Office staff and stakeholders.
• Identify content needs for training and communication with internal and external partners.
• Review training materials for tone, readability, and alignment with target audience expectations.
• Track key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of enablement activities.
• Prepare regular updates on project progress and achievements.
• Draft communications highlighting success stories and benefits from data enablement efforts.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of data technologies and cloud solutions.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.
• Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships across the organization.
• Creative and analytical thinking capabilities to break down complex tasks.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Fluent proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise data platforms or data visualization tools.
• Prior experience in project management or data-related roles.
• French language proficiency.
• Knowledge of the luxury or retail sector.
