Deals Financial Services Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to support Deals and Transformation teams in delivering services.
• Focus on clients in the financial service industry, particularly large insurance companies, collaborating with the US network.
• Assist clients in optimizing legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations.
• Collaborate with Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations.
• Manage complex project structures across various regions.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree related to business administration or similar.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in industry or Big4 consulting firms.
• Proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
• Experience in M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs in the financial services industry, particularly insurance.
• Project management expertise and ability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
