Aufgaben

• Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support within a reference person system.
• Responsible for a contemporary care process.
• Analyzing complex care situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them.
• Contributing to the development of care quality and the residential group.
• Working in early, late, and night shifts.

Anforderungen

• Training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF or FH is a prerequisite.
• Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German.
• Good PC user skills.
• A current extract from the criminal record register (Sonderprivatauszug) is required for employment.
