Aufgaben

• Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within a reference person system.
• Responsible for a contemporary care process.
• Analyze complex care situations, initiate measures, and evaluate them.
• Contribute to the development of care quality and the residential group.
• Work in early, late, and night shifts.

Anforderungen

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or FH is a prerequisite.
• Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German.
• Good PC user skills.
• A current entry-free special private extract is required for employment.
