Dispatcher

Jet Aviation seeks a Dispatcher in Kloten to manage flight coordination, planning, and customer support in an international setting.

This position focuses on overseeing the entire lifecycle of flight coordination, from initial planning through to ongoing customer assistance. The role operates within a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring seamless logistical support for private aviation clients.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage flight logistics for clients.
• Advise customers on aviation regulations and flight planning procedures.
• Secure necessary overflight and landing permits from international aviation authorities.
• Generate flight plans using computer systems and ATC protocols.
• Negotiate and confirm airport and air traffic control slots.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings for crew members.
• Oversee crew scheduling and coordinate ground handling services.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Aviation or equivalent professional experience in private aviation operations or dispatch.
• Strong command of the English language.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to communicate in German.
