Customer Service Ambassador hourly/Stundenlohn

Jet Aviation seeks a Customer Service Ambassador in Zürich to deliver 5-star hospitality to passengers, crew, and visitors while supporting administrative and safety operations.

This position is dedicated to upholding the FBO’s 5-star customer service standards for all guests, including passengers, crew members, and business associates. The role ensures a welcoming environment through direct interaction and behind-the-scenes support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers, crew, visitors, and business contacts, including handling luggage and guiding them to the VIP Lounge for refreshments.
• Provide administrative support to various site departments and assist the Receptionist or Duty Officer with daily tasks.
• Ensure the reception area and VIP Lounges remain clean and tidy, including vacuuming carpets.
• Track food and beverage inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Actively participate in the Safety & Quality Management System, fostering a positive safety culture.
• Identify and report potential hazards, near misses, and other occurrences according to the company's reporting protocols.
• Perform all duties in strict accordance with Jet Aviation’s policies, manuals, and procedures.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism, or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• A valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond German and English.
