This position focuses on the end-to-end creation and upkeep of document templates using OMS and CCM platforms. The developer acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, ensuring that document requirements are clearly understood and effectively realized through structured data and formatting standards.
Responsibilities
- Build, update, and sustain document templates within OMS and CCM systems.
- Ensure all layouts adhere to the organization's corporate identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with business units to define document needs and convert them into functional solutions.
- Utilize structured data formats, such as XML, to drive document generation and formatting.
- Provide ongoing operational support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM), document composition, or Output Management tools.
- Alternatively, a background in software engineering paired with practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, PDF/AFP processing, or data transformation.
- Solid understanding of structured data formats including XML, JSON, PDF, and AFP, along with document generation workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Prior experience within the financial services sector, such as banking or insurance.
- Proficiency in the German language.
