E2E Supply Chain Analytics & Reliability

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for E2E Supply Chain Analytics & Reliability in Zug, CH, focusing on performance management strategy and supply chain reliability governance.

This position acts as the central authority for enterprise performance management and end-to-end cycle time capabilities within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The incumbent is responsible for defining strategy, ensuring governance, and driving continuous improvement to enhance supply reliability and operational visibility across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global One Performance Management framework for the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.
• Manage governance, standards, and ongoing enhancements for end-to-end performance management processes.
• Promote the use of standardized performance reviews across various functions, platforms, value chains, and sites.
• Direct enterprise supply chain reliability efforts to increase visibility into operational risks and boost supply stability.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance to address major supply issues, emerging risks, and reliability projects.
• Act as the Business Process Owner and Product Owner for the End-to-End Cycle Time program.
• Establish strategy, governance, and roadmaps for cycle time capabilities while standardizing processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Digital Product teams to outline business requirements and prioritize improvements that enhance user experience and business value.
• Spearhead business process standardization and digital transformation projects to simplify workflows and boost organizational effectiveness.
• Develop strong partnerships with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Deliver, External Manufacturing, and Value Chain organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, performance management, analytics, or similar roles within pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing global organizations.
• Experience in performance management, business process ownership, digital product management, analytics, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and enterprise performance management.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or performance management initiatives.
• Familiarity with IMSC models, enterprise supply chain metrics, or reliability frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
