isolutions seeks a Mid-level Enterprise Engineer M365 in Bern to design cloud-based workplace solutions, manage deployments, and guide clients through digital transformation using Microsoft technologies.
This position focuses on building the future workplace through cloud-centric strategies. The engineer will handle client deployments, meeting platforms, telephony systems, and identity management, while advising customers on their digitalization journey and integrating public cloud services with existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Shape the digital future of customers daily.
- Co-responsible for configuration and deployment of Cloud Workplace environments.
- Augment traditional on-premise infrastructures with public cloud services.
- Implement business and technical requirements in projects.
- Advise clients on their path to digitalization.
Requirements
- Professional training as a computer scientist EFZ.
- Several years of experience as a system engineer in Microsoft IT services or enterprise environment.
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and software packaging.
- Project experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland.

- Higher education (HF/FH) is an advantage.
