The position acts as a key liaison between healthcare professionals, commercial teams, and internal R&D to ensure effective product implementation and continuous clinical improvement.
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead on-site bedside demonstrations, training sessions, and instructional programs for clinicians and caregivers covering EIT, TCM, IPV, and additional Sentec solutions.
- Function as a primary technical and clinical resource for medical staff, delivering immediate troubleshooting and strategic guidance during the initial and sustained implementation of EIT and IPV systems.
- Assist commercial operations for EIT, TCM, and IPV lines by partnering closely with regional sales personnel.
- Build and sustain professional connections with leading clinicians, researchers, and procurement decision-makers within respiratory and intensive care disciplines.
- Share peer-reviewed research, clinical best practices, and evidence-based data to reinforce Sentec’s standing as a reliable innovator in the field.
- Create and execute thorough training programs for internal departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure comprehensive knowledge of product capabilities, clinical value, and market positioning.
- Mentor newly hired colleagues on respiratory physiology, mechanical ventilation principles, and clinical workflows required to deploy EIT, TCM, and IPV across varied hospital environments.
- Partner with research and development teams to enhance and refine products using insights from clinical practice, user feedback, and emerging scientific data.
- Serve as the primary contact between end-users and engineering groups, prioritizing feature upgrades and validating new product developments.
- Represent the organization at medical conferences, industry workshops, and congresses, highlighting the distinct advantages of EIT, TCM, and IPV to European healthcare providers.
- Deliver presentations and participate in expert panels to discuss recent innovations in EIT and TCM monitoring alongside IPV therapeutic approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Respiratory Therapy, or a closely related discipline, such as ICU nursing with ventilation experience.
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in adult, pediatric, or neonatal intensive care units, with direct responsibility for managing mechanical ventilation and complex respiratory cases.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering clinical training programs or workshops.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Advanced certification or specialized training in respiratory care is considered a valuable asset.
- Prior exposure to Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT), whether through clinical application, implementation, research, training, or product management, is preferred.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is a beneficial addition.
