Events Marketing Manager

Stoxx Limited seeks an Events Marketing Manager in Zug, CH, to lead EMEA marketing events and support broader marketing initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in German and English, and experience in event coordination.

This position focuses primarily on planning and executing marketing events throughout the EMEA region, accounting for roughly 70% of the workload. During quieter periods, the role expands to include general marketing tasks, offering a chance to support key initiatives and help grow the index business across the region.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run marketing events across EMEA, handling logistics, vendor relations, branding, and follow-up reports.
• Help with campaign rollout, content development, and digital marketing efforts when event schedules allow.
• Work with internal departments and outside partners to keep projects on track and aligned.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and necessary documentation for all marketing activities.
• Adapt marketing materials and communications for different languages and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in event coordination or generalist positions.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional team setting.
• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and juggle several tasks at once.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a third European language, such as French, Italian, or Dutch.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Illustrator, or CMS systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve event communications, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
