Finance Manager Compliance, Projects

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Manager for Compliance and Projects in Zug, CH, to align finance transformation initiatives with regulatory standards and internal controls.

This position is integral to executing the company’s compliance strategy during active finance transformation efforts. The role ensures that entities undergoing structural or operational changes maintain compliance readiness and continuity. By addressing evolving organizational needs, the manager supports the seamless integration of compliance requirements into ongoing transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Convert compliance standards into actionable guidelines for transformation teams and affected business units
• Lead risk assessments, identify necessary controls, and manage compliance deliverables linked to transformation activities
• Track compliance status, emerging risks, and open issues within designated programs
• Advise on compliance and financial implications during activity transfers, integrations, and structural reorganizations
• Provide continuous compliance guidance to finance teams during the current operational state
• Facilitate and support internal and external audits, including SOX 404, PwC reviews, and GA&A
• Verify that financial processes adhere to global policies and statutory obligations

Requirements

• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and internal control structures
• Proven experience with SOX regulations and US GAAP standards
• Minimum of five years in finance or compliance roles
• Analytical approach with a focus on process optimization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in complex, matrixed organizational settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
