Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in Zuchwil to optimize global intercompany pricing, ensure compliance, and drive data analytics within the Medtech Principal Operations team.
This position sits within the J&J Medtech Principal Operations organization and focuses on refining global intercompany pricing workflows across intricate supply chains. The role merges financial expertise with data analytics and project coordination to support strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and support global intercompany pricing processes.
- Maintain compliance with Tax regulations and SOX standards.
- Execute ICP calculations, standard cost data loads, subsidy reporting, and year-end closing tasks.
- Create data workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to deliver business insights.
- Collaborate with Tax, Planning, Supply Chain, and IT departments to document processes and preserve master data integrity.
- Assist with audits and ensure accurate implementation of pricing models across various systems.
- Work with teams on strategic initiatives like LEGO, GET, Magellan, and TranSCend.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, assess logic, and build efficient workflows.
- Process and report subsidy requests as directed by the Tax team.
- Manage dashboards that pull data from multiple ICP tools.
- Map and document supply chain flows to align with tax models.
- Calculate intercompany prices accurately for intermediary supply chain steps.
- Support ICP-related activities on SAP Lynx and assist with audits.
- Coordinate the timely loading of calculated data, including ICP and Std Cost, into ERP systems.
- Support SOX audits and controls related to ICP setups.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, information systems, or IT.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, projects, or data management.
- Solid understanding of Tax and SOX compliance environments.
- Strong financial acumen to understand the Tax models behind ICP calculations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting using Alteryx and Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL is required.
- Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems, S/4Hana, JDE, and Microsoft 365.
- Project experience as a project lead, product owner, or core team member.
- Proven track record in cross-cultural business partnering.
- Proficient in English.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, MBA, or other financial certification.
- Programming skills in Python, R, or C++.
